This study evaluated Complete Streets improvements along 2.36 miles of Buenaventura Boulevard serving residential, commercial, school, and transit uses. The analysis assessed traffic, crash history, land use, and multimodal conditions, with emphasis on pedestrian crossings and transit access. Recommendations included multimodal enhancements, access management, and context sensitive design to support future funding.
